Jessica Whitton

General Manager
Division of Women’s and Children St Michael’s Hospital

Jess Whitton is the Deputy Divisional Director for Women’s & Children’s services, and General Manager at St Michael’s Hospital, Bristol. She works closely with senor medical and nursing and midwifery staff to deliver safe and high quality care to outpatients and inpatient using obstetric and gynaecology services. She also manages paediatric ENT, paediatric audiology, and the West of England Hearing Implant Programme.

She graduated from Aberystwyth University with a degree in History, before undertaking the NHS general management training scheme in 2005-2007.

As part of her current role, she is responsible for developing new and innovative services in the realm of Women’s Health, which includes the successful development of business plans. She is also responsible for performance and operational management for UHBW Women’s Health and Surgery, and uses this approach to inform the development of new services, engaging with industry where needed.

Miss Naomi Crouch

Clinical Director, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust

Naomi Crouch is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Clinical Director for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St Michael’s Hospital, Bristol, UK. Prior to this she was the Clinical Lead for Gynaecology for 3 years. She works closely with senior management staff in devising strategy, new service developments, and implementing recommended changes.

Her clinical special interests include Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology, for which St Michael’s is one of 11 centres commissioned by NHS England to provide the Complex Congenital Gynaecology Service Specification. She also has an interest in hysteroscopy, and has set up the outpatient hysteroscopy service at St Michael’s, which involved several business cases!

Mrs Jo Ficquet

Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Royal United Hospitals Bath

Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Royal United Hospital Bath since 2013. She has wide experience in maternal medicine, acute gynaecology, early pregnancy, and ultrasound and has expanded the ambulatory gynaecology service to include outpatient hysteroscopic endometrial resections and endometrial ablations.

Currently she has set up a new menopause service which has involved fellow specialists, nursing staff, IT and has patient and GP involvement in its design.

Mrs Leena Gokhale

Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Nevill Hall Hospital, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board

Mrs. Gokhale DGO, MSc, MD, FRCOG is a consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Aneurin Bevan Health Board as well as Clinical Lead for Gynaecology and Cancer Unit Lead. She completed her MBBS from GS Medical College in Mumbai.

Following her masters in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1992 she came to the UK for training. She is the Vice President of the British Society for Gynaecological Imaging. She has had the lead on the set up of the Ambulatory Gynae unit in Nevil Hall Hospital including hysteroscopy.

She has written referral criteria for patient information leaflets with a consent form for PMB and treatment clinics and is currently helping set up nurse lead gynae & hysteroscopy clinics.
